Understanding My Library

The 'My Library' sub nav opens by default on the 'My Subscriptions' tab. Here you will find all of your product subscriptions together with your saved searches, favourites and recently viewed products. The second tab is 'My Account' where your account details and past and current order history can be found. Your site usage statistics are displayed in the third and fourth tabs named 'My statistics' and 'My Data'. Next along is 'My Training for 123Library' where you can access guides such as this one to help you with everthing 123library related.

Browse my subscriptions
Here you can view all of your current subscriptions divided into the three product types of eBooks and eJournals.
Clicking on the plus symbol next to a product type will expand a list of all titles. The number of titles within in each product section is clearly shown making it easier for you to find the specific titles or topics you are looking for within your library. To collapse the list of products simply click on the minus symbol next to each product type.

You may browse your subscription list of eBooks in two ways; by collection and by category. To view the eBooks listed within a collection or category simply click on the desired collection or category link.

My saved searches
All searches that you have saved on the 123library site will be listed here. Simply click on the name of the saved search to be taken to the desired search results. You are also able to delete saved searches that you no longer need. Click on the 'delete' link, confirm that you would like to delete the saved search and it will be removed from your saved search list.

My favourite ebooks
All eBooks that you have chosen as a favourite will appear in this section.

A number of icons appear beneath each eBook. As you scroll over an icon an explanation of its function is displayed. Clicking the magnifying glass icon will take you to see the 'details' of the eBook. The page icon will open the eBook so you can 'read' it. Clicking on the heart and minus sign icon will 'remove' this eBook from your favourites list. Don't worry, you will be asked to confirm that you wish to do so before it is removed. The question mark icon will take you to the 'help reading ebooks' area of the site.

My recently viewed ebooks
The last seven eBooks that you have viewed on the 123library site are displayed here. This is to save you time finding the eBooks that you view regularly.

A number of icons appear beneath each eBook. As you scroll over an icon an explanation of its function is displayed. Clicking on the heart and plus sign icon will 'add this eBook to your favourites' list. Please note that this icon will not appear below an eBook that is already in your favourites list. The question mark icon will take you to the 'help reading ebooks' area of the site.
