Managing my account details

'My Library' not only presents all of your product subscriptions in one place but also gives you access to your account details and past and current order history in 'My Account' as well as site usage statistics in 'My Statistics' and 'My Data'. Links to each are found in the 'My Library' sub nav.

To view each of these you must log in with your administrator username and password. These will have been sent to you by 123Library. This is an added level of security necessary to ensure that as administrator for your institution you are the only person permitted to edit account details, monitor site statistics and submit orders.

Please note: If you do not have an administrator username and password or encounter any problems when logging in please contact us.

Managing your current order

The current order page lists all product titles that have been added to your order. If you wish to refresh your memory about a specific product title simply click on its title to be taken to a 'more details' page. If you wish to remove any of the product titles from your current order click the 'remove' link. An alert box will appear asking you to confirm your wish to remove the item from your current order. If you do, click 'ok' and the item will be removed, if not, click 'cancel' and the item will remain on your current order list.

Remove

When you are happy to proceed with your order click the 'Submit order' button at the bottom of the order list.

Submit order

We will send you an invoice and upon payment will grant you full access to all requested product titles. These will be added to your current subscriptions lists in 'My Library'.

Managing your account details and order history

You may need to edit your account details as and when personnel changes occur within your institution. As an administrator you are able to edit the contact name, email address, telephone number and address associated with your account. If you need to change the Athens Organisation ID associated with your 123Library account please contact us and we will take care of this for you.

Edit-account

A comprehensive history of orders placed by your institution on the 123Library website is available on your account page. Orders are listed by date, status (whether being processed or complete) and order purchase total. To view further information about each order click the show details' link, This will expand to display all product titles included in this purchase.

Order history

You can click on the product title to be taken to the product title's 'more details' page and from here you may then read or watch the title in question.
