123Fastreader is only available if you are using an Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox 3+, Opera 10+ or Google Chrome browser on Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7.
123Fastreader is also available to Mac and Linux users.
We are aware that many organisations have no choice except to use Internet Explorer version 6, which suffers from many security and display issues. We have made a version of 123Fastreader available for Internet Explorer 6 users, which provides most of the features in the full version of 123Fastreader, but is also compatible with the older browser.
For the full experience, we encourage you to use a more recent browser such as the latest verions of Firefox, Chrome, or Internet Explorer.

Adobe Flash update problems
If you are unable to view an eBook due to the crashing of your Chrome or Internet Explorer browser this may be due to a problem with your latest Adobe Flash update. Please follow the instructions below to confirm that this is the problem and then to fix it:
Chrome browser
- Open the browser
- Type in: about:plugins (and press Enter)
- Click the '+ Details' so that the list expands
- Scroll down until you see an entry marked 'Flash'
- If you see the words 'Flash (2 files)' then we have identified the problem
- To fix it, look where it says Version under each entry. For example, Version: 11,2,202,229 on the first Flash, Version: 11,2,202,228 on the second
- Click the 'Disable' link on the Version with the lowest number (in this example the second Version)
- Close your browser, re-open and you should now be able to access your eBook.
Internet Explorer
- Firstly, you will need to know if you have a 32-bit or 64-bit system. To find this out simply right click on 'My Computer' and go to 'Properties' where it will be displayed.
- If you have a 64-bit system you will need to install a special version of Adobe Flash here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
- Then select your precise version of Windows from the dropdown menus. For example, 'Windows 7 (64-bit)' in the first dropdown menu and 'Flash Player 11 for Internet Explorer (64-bit)' in the second dropdown menu.
- Click 'Download now' and follow the installation instructions. You will be asked to close Internet Explorer if you haven't already done so. When you re-open your browser you will be taken to an Adobe page displaying an animation.
- Close your browser, re-open and you should now be able to access your eBook.
